تأثیر تمرینات مقاومتی آنلاین به همراه پیامک‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی بر سلامت استخوان و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از پوکی استخوان در زنان یائسه مبتلا به استئوپنیا

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تعطیلی مراکز ورزشی در دوران پاندمی کووید ۱۹ زنان را پیش از پیش در معرض بیماری استئوپروزیس قرار داد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی ۲۴ هفته تمرینات مقاومتی با نظارت آنلاین به همراه پیامک‌های آموزشی بر شاخص‌های سلامت استخوان و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از پوکی استخوان در زنان یائسه مبتلا به استئوپنیا در دوران کرونا بود.
روش بررسی: در این کارآزمایی بالینی، ۲۰ زن یائسه مبتلا به استئوپنیا با میانگین سنی (۳/۴۶±۵۲)، با استفاده از دستگاه DXA، تست سنجش تراکم استخوان انجام دادند و پرسشنامه الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی را تکمیل نمودند. سپس به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه ۱۰ نفره قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به مدت 6 ماه تمرینات مقاومتی به‌صورت آنلاین انجام داد و پیامک‌های آموزشی مبتنی بر الگوی اعتقاد بهداشتی دریافت می‌نمود و گروه کنترل بدون مداخله به زندگی عادی خود ادمه داد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که طی ۶ ماه تمرین مقاومتی گروه تجربی افزایش معنی‌داری در تراکم معدنی استخوان ران و ناحیه مهره‌های کمری، محتوی معدنی استخوان ران و ناحیه مهره‌های کمری، نمره T استخوان ران و ناحیه مهره‌های کمری و نمره Z استخوان ران  و ناحیه مهره‌های کمری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشت(۰/۰۰۵>p). پیامک‌های آموزشی سبب افزایش میانگین نمرات در سازه حساسیت درک ‌شده، شدت درک ‌شده، منافع درک ‌شده، موانع درک ‌شده، خودکارآمدی، در گروه تجربی شد (۰/۰۵>p).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی تمرینات مقاومتی و پیامکهای آموزشی بر شاخص استخوان و رفتارهای پیشگیرانه از پوکی استخوان، این نوع مداخله راهبردی ‌موثر برای پیشگیری از بروزاستئوپروزیس در زنان مستعد این بیماری است.
