مقایسه قدرت عضلات مرکزی بدن، استقامت عضلات فلکسور تنه و اکستنسور ستون فقرات، زاویه لوردوز کمری و کایفوز سینه‌ای در تکواندوکاران با و بدون کمردرد

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: کمردرد از جمله بیماری­های شایع است که ورزشکاران حرفه­ای نیز می­توانند به آن مبتلا شوند و ممکن است در اثر کاهش قدرت عضلات مرکزی بدن و استقامت عضلات فلکسور تنه و اکستنسور ستون فقرات و یا اختلال در راستای ستون فقرات به وجود آید. هدف از تحقیق حاضر مقایسه قدرت عضلات مرکزی بدن، استقامت عضلات فلکسور تنه و اکستنسور ستون فقرات، زاویه ی لوردوز کمری و کایفوز سینه­ای در تکواندوکاران با و بدون سابقه­ی کمردرد بود.
روش بررسی: 30 تکواندوکار پسر (۱۵ نفر دارای کمردرد و ۱۵ نفر بدون کمردرد) رده سنی نوجوانان - جوانان در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. به‌منظور اندازه­گیری استقامت عضلات قدامی شکم از آزمون فلکشن تنه در زاویه 60 درجه، استقامت عضلات خلفی ستون فقرات از آزمون اصلاح شده بیرینگ سورنسن، سنجش قدرت عضلات مرکزی بدن از بایو فیدبک فشاری و اندازه­گیری ناهنجاری­های کایفوز و لوردوز ستون فقرات از خط­کش منعطف، استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بین افراد مبتلا به کمردرد و دارای لوردوز و کایفوز با افراد بدون کمردرد و بدون ابتلا به لوردوز و کایفوز تفاوت وجود دارد. همچنین بین افراد با و بدون کمردرد در میزان قدرت عضلات مرکزی تنه و استقامت عضلات فلکسور و اکستنسور عضلات تنه تفاوت وجود دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می­رسد قدرت عضلات مرکزی و همچنین استقامت عضلات فلکسور و اکستنسور ستون فقرات می­تواند در بروز کمردرد ورزشکاران تکواندو نقش داشته باشد. توجه به ناهنجاری­های ستون فقرات از جمله کایفوز و لوردوز و رفع آن­ها جهت کاهش کمردرد احتمالا مفید می­باشد
