تاثیر تمرینات اسپرت متریک فوتبال بر خطای فرود دختران فوتبالیست دارای والگوس پویای زانو

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تمرینات اسپرت­متریک فوتبال یکی از موفق­ترین پروتکل­ های­ پیشگیری از آسیب­ های اندام­ تحتانی در دختران ­فوتبالیست محسوب می­ شود. لذا در پژوهش حاضر تاثیر این تمرینات بر سیستم امتیازدهی خطای­ فرود دختران فوتبالیست دارای والگوس پویای زانو بررسی شد.
روش بررسی: آزمودنی­ های پژوهش کنترل شده تصادفی حاضر شامل 24 دختر جوان فوتبالیست نیمه­ حرفه­ ای دارای والگوس پویای زانو بود که دارای معیارهای ورود به تحقیق بوده و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین کنترل قرار گرفتند. ارزیابی­ ها شامل آزمون اسکات جفت پاو ازمون، آزمون سیستم امتیاز دهی خطای فرود بود.گروه تمرین به مدت شش هفته، هفته ­ای سه جلسه حدود 90 الی 120 دقیقه ­ای بصورت منظم در پروتکل تمرینی شرکت نمودند. برای آنالیز داده­ ها از آزمون آنکوا )سطح معنی­ داری 0/05) استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که گروه و ­تمرین کاهش­ معنادار (01/0P<) والگوس ­پویای­ زانو )از 25/30±4/74به12/45±2/62) و کاهش معنادار (01/0P<) سیستم­ امتیازدهی­ خطای ­فرود (از 34/±2 66/16به 20/±2 16/4) را تجربه نمودند. بطوری که زاویه والگوس51 درصد و خطای فرود 75 کاهش یافت.
نتیجه ­گیری: اسپرت­متریک یک پروتکل عصبی ­عضلانی موفق در زمینه پیشگیری از آسیب­ های زانو در فوتبالیست­ های دختر سالم است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می ­توان بیان نمود که تمرینات اسپرت­متریک در فوتبالیست­ های جوان دختر دارای والگوس پویای زانو نیز موثراست، زیرا باعث تعدیل هردو عامل خطرسازکلیدی آسیب ­های اندام تحتانی (والگوس پویا زانو و خطای فرود) می ­شود.
