اثر هشت هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر درد کمر، گودی کمر و کیفیت زندگی زنان با سابقه ی زایمان سزارین

چکیده

 زمینه و هدف: سزارین راهی برای حفظ جان مادر و نوزاد در زمان زایمان است ولی متاسفانه به عنوان راهی برای فرار از درد زایمان طبیعی شایع شده است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر کمردرد، گودی­ کمر و کیفیت زندگی زنان با سابقه ­ی زایمان سزارین بود.
روش بررسی: جامعه ­ی پژوهش زنان نخست­ زای 20 تا 30 سال با سابقه­ ی سزارین دربیمارستان هاجر شهرکرد بودند.32 نمونه از بین آنان بصورت دردسترس انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی ساده به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابتدا گودی­ کمرآزمودنی­ ها ازطریق خط­ کش­ منعطف ارزیابی شد و آنان پرسشنامه کمردردکبک و پرسشنامه­ ی کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی را تکمیل کردند. گروه تجربی تمرینات ثبات­ مرکزی را به مدت هشت هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه اجرا کرد در این مدت گروه کنترل تمرینی نداشت. پس از هشت هفته آزمودنی­ ها مجدد از طریق ­آزمون­ های قبلی ارزیابی شدند. داده­ ها از طریق آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل کوواریانس­ چند متغیره  در سطح معناداری 05/0 تحلیل شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد هشت هفته تمرینات ثبات مرکزی برکاهش کمردرد و بهبود کیفیت زندگی زنان با سابقه­ ی زایمان سزارین تاثیر معناداری داشت (05/0 P<) درصورتی­که برکاهش میزان گودی کمر زنان تاثیر معناداری نداشت(05/0P>)
نتیجه­ گیری: هشت هفته تمرینات ثبات­ مرکزی با تمرکز بر عضلات ناحیه کمری-لگنی باعث بهبود کمردرد و کیفیت زندگی زنان با سابقه سزارین نخست­ زا شد بنابراین استفاده از این تمرینات در راستای بهزیستی زنان سزارین شده توصیه می ­گردد.
