اثر هشت هفته تمرینات عصبی عضلانی بر عملکرد حرکتی، شدت خستگی و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: مولتیپل اسکلروزیس یکی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های خودایمنی التهابی مزمن سیستم عصبی مرکزی است که بر سیستم‌های مهم حرکتی و حسی تأثیر­گذار است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات عصبی عضلانی بر عملکرد حرکتی، شدت خستگی و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهر اصفهان بود.
روش بررسی: جامعه این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، زنان ۲۰ تا ۴۰ سال مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بودند که بر اساس مقیاس وضعیت شدت ناتوانی نمره­ی بین ۲ تا ۴ داشتند و عضو انجمن مولتیپل اسکلروزیس شهر اصفهان بودند. از این جامعه ۲۰ نمونه به روش نمونه‌­گیری تصادفی انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی ساده در دو گروه تجربی (۱۰ نفر) و کنترل (۱۰ نفر) تقسیم شدند. در ابتدا هر دو گروه در آزمون برخاستن و راه­رفتن زمان­دار شرکت کردند و پرسشنامه­های سنجش شدت خستگی و کیفیت زندگی مخصوص بیماران مولتیپل اسکلروزیس را تکمیل کردند. آزمودنی­های گروه تجربی برنامه‌ی هشت هفته­ای تمرینات عصبی عضلانی راکه شامل سه جلسه تمرین در هفته و هر جلسه ۵۰ دقیقه بود اجرا کردند. پس از هشت هفته آزمودنی‌های دو گروه مجدد از طریق آزمون­های قبلی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. داده­ها از طریق آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس (آنکوا) در سطح خطای  ۰/۰۵ تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان­داد پس­آزمون عملکرد حرکتی، شدت خستگی و کیفیت زندگی بین گروه تجربی و کنترل زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس تفاوت معناداری داشت (۰/۰۰۱=P).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه اثرات مفید هشت هفته تمرینات عصبی­عضلانی توصیه می­شود این تمرینات در راستای انجام بهتر فعالیت­های روزمره زندگی، کاهش شدت ­خستگی و افزایش کیفیت زندگی و بهزیستی زنان ۲۰ تا ۴۰ سال مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس با شدت متوسط مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
