تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات یوگا بر توجه و علائم مثبت و منفی زنان مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اثر دوازده هفته تمرینات یوگا بر توجه و علائم مثبت و منفی زنان مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی بوده است. روش بررسی: تحقیق از نوع نیمه تجربی و طرح تحقیق پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 25 زن مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی با میانگین سنی 48/6±00/46 به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینات یوگا (15 نفر) و کنترل (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرینات یوگا، تمرینات را در دوازده هفته و گروه کنترل، فعالیت های روزانه مرکز را انجام دادند. توجه انتخابی و علائم مثبت و منفی آنها در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون به ترتیب به وسیله نرم افزار استروپ و پرسشنامه ارزیابی مقیاس علائم مثبت و منفی بیماری اسکیزوفرنی اندازه گیری شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح معناداری 05/0> p مورد تجریه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد تفاوت معنی داری بین میانگین توجه انتخابی و علائم مثبت و منفی گروه تمرینات یوگا در مقایسه با گروه کنترل مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر می توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که تمرینات یوگا می توانند به عنوان یک روش مداخله ای برای بهبود توجه و علائم مثبت و منفی زنان مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
