تاثیر فعالیت منتخب بدنی بر حرکت پذیری و کنترل حرکات ظریف زنان سالمند

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر روش های تمرین ترکیبی (پیلاتس و باراسل) بر مولفه های حرکت پذیری و چالاکی دستی زنان سالمند بود.
روش بررسی: تعداد 30 نفر از زنان سالمند سالم بالای60 سال مراجعه کننده به سرای محله گرگان در شهر تهران، به صورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تجربی و کنترل، تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته و در هر هفته 3 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای به تمرین پرداختند. گروه کنترل در این مدت هیچ گونه مداخله-ای دریافت نکردند و به فعالیت روزمره خود پرداختند. مولفه های حرکت پذیری و چالاکی دستی با استفاده از آزمون برخاستن و رفتن زمان دار (TUG) و پوردوپگبورد در مراحل پیش آزمون و پس آزمون سنجیده شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون آنالیز واریانس با اندازه های تکراری (آنوای مختلط 2×2) و آزمون تی همبسته در سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد 8 هفته تمرینات ترکیبی پیلاتس و باراسل، تاثیر معناداری بر سطح چالاکی دستی و حرکت پذیری گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل دارد (001/0=P) .
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق به نظر می‌رسد این تمرینات می‌تواند موجب بهبود چالاکی دستی و حرکت پذیری سالمندان گردد؛ لذا می‌توان، چه در منزل و چه در مراکز توانبخشی و نگهداری سالمندان، به‌منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی روزمره و حفظ استقلال سالمندان از آن بهره برد.
