تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات فال پروف نظارت شده در خانه بر تعادل، کیفیت زندگی و ترس از افتادن سالمندان: یک کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سالمندی یک فرآیند بیولوژیکی برگشت ناپذیر است که در دنیای امروز به چالشی بزرگ برای جوامع و انسانها تبدیل شده است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین تاثیر هشت هفته تمرینات فال‌پروف نظارت شده در خانه بر تعادل، کیفیت زندگی و ترس از افتادن سالمندان بود.
روش بررسی: 26 سالمند بالای 60 سال با میانگین سن (۲5/۵ ± 2۷/70 سال) بطور داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی و کنترل (۱۳=n) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی، تمرینات فال‌پروف را به مدت 8 هفته 3 جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 60 دقیقه انجام دادند. گروه کنترل در این مدت روتین معمول زندگی خود را داشتند. تعادل ایستا و پویا، ترس از سقوط و کیفیت زندگی به‌ترتیب با استفاده از تست‌های تعادل چهار مرحله‌ای و زمان برخاستن و رفتن، پرسشنامه‌ی بین‌المللی مقیاس کارآمدی افتادن و پرسشنامه‌ی کیفیت زندگی ارزیابی شد. آنالیز آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه ۲۲ انجام گردید (۰5/0p<).
یافته‌ها: نتایج آنالیز آماری پس‌از مداخله تمرینی حاکی از بهبود معنی‌دار تعادل ایستا (00۳/0=p)، تعادل پویا (00۶/0=p)، کیفیت زندگی (0۳/0=p) و ترس از افتادن (0۱۲/0=p) در گروه فال‌پروف نسبت به کنترل بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده 8 هفته تمرینات فال‌پروف بصورت نظارت شده درخانه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعادل و کنترل پاسچر، کیفیت زندگی و ترس از افتادن سالمندان دارد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌گردد از این روش و برنامه تمرینی جهت افزایش توانمندسازی و پیش‌گیری از افتادن سالمندان استفاده شود.
