بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین اصلاحی بر آنتی‌ورژن و توزیع فشار کف‌پایی در زنان با آنتی‌ورژن افزایش‌یافته فمور

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آنتی‌ورژن یکی از ناهنجاری‌های چرخشی شایع در اندام تحتانی است. با توجه به شیوع بالا و اثرات منفی آن‌ بر مفاصل مرتبط و توزیع فشار کف‌پایی، هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین اصلاحی بر آنتی‌ورژن و توزیع فشار کف‌پایی در زنان با آنتی‌ورژن افزایش‌ یافته فمور بود.
روش ­بررسی: 24 زن با آنتی‌ورژن افزایش ‌یافته ران، بین سنین 20 تا 30 سال و شاخص توده بدنی 18 تا 25 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع، در این تحقیق شرکت کردند. آنتی‌ورژن و توزیع فشار کف‌پایی پویا، به‌ترتیب با گونیامتر و دستگاه اسکنر فشار پا در پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون اندازه‌گیری شد. سپس گروه تجربی، شش هفته تمرین اصلاحی انجام دادند و گروه کنترل در هیچ برنامه تمرینی شرکت نکردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از آنووا با اندازه‌های تکراری مورد تجزیه ‌و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته­ ها: کاهش معناداری در زاویه آنتی‌ورژن در هر دو پا در مقایسه بین گروهی و درون‌گروهی مشاهده شد (05/0>P). هم‌چنین در گروه تجربی، در مقایسه درون‌گروهی فشار کف‌پایی، فشار ناحیه میانی و پنجه پا در هر دو پا کاهش معنادار (05/0>P) ولی فشار پاشنه افزایش معناداری داشت (05/0>P). در مقایسه بین گروهی، تغییرات تنها در پاشنه راست، ناحیه میانی و پنجه پای چپ معنادار بود (05/0>P). هیچ‌ یک از این متغیرها در گروه کنترل بهبود معناداری نداشتند (05/0<P).
نتیجه­ گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که  شش هفته تمرین اصلاحی باعث بهبود آنتی‌ورژن و فشار کف‌پایی می‌شود و احتمالاً بتوان این تمرینات را به افراد با آنتی‌ورژن افزایش ‌یافته توصیه نمود.
