مقایسه تاثیر شش هفته تمرینات گرم کردن نت بال اسمارت داینامیک و فیفا 11+ بر کینماتیک دوبعدی مردان فعال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: فیفا 11+ و نت بال اسمارت به‌عنوان برنامه‌های گرم کردن برای پیشگیری از آسیب ورزشکاران کاربرد زیادی دارند اما تاکنون اثربخشی این دو شیوه تمرینی نسبت به هم بر ریسک فاکتورهای آسیب در مردان فعال مورد مقایسه قرار نگرفته است. هدف مطالعه حاضر مقایسه تأثیر برنامه‌های گرم کردن فیفا 11+ و نت بال اسمارت بر کینماتیک اندام تحتانی در تست‌های اسکات تک‌پا و پرش تک‌پا بود.
روش ­بررسی: 40 مرد فعال دانشگاهی (میانگین سن 2/1±4/23 سال) به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه نت بال اسمارت (20 نفر) و فیفا 11+ (20 نفر) تقسیم شدند. هر گروه برنامه پیشگیری از آسیب را به‌عنوان گرم کردن پیش از جلسه تمرین، سه جلسه در هفته و به مدت شش هفته اجرا نمودند. قبل و پس از انجام پروتکل‌های تمرینی، متغیرها کینماتیکی اندام تحتانی در حرکات اسکات تک‌پا و پرش تک‌پا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ ها: پس از اجرای شش هفته مداخله، تمامی متغییرهای کینماتیکی مورد مطالعه تغییرات معناداری را نسبت به پیش آزمون در هر دو گروه نشان داد (05/0P<) اما میزان تغییرات بین دو گروه معنادار نبود (05/0<P).
نتیجه­ گیری: یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد که برنامه فیفا 11+ و نت بال اسمارت، می‌توانند به‌طور مؤثری باعث بهبود ریسک فاکتورهای مرتبط با آسیب در افراد فعال شوند. طبق یافته‌های این تحقیق تمرینات 11+ و نت بال اسمارت اثرات تمرینی مشابهی را بر بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی ایجاد می‌کنند.
