مقایسه نیروی های عکس العمل زمین و زمان رسیدن به پایداری در مردان ورزشکار سالم و دارای بی ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا طی تکلیف پرش- فرود تک پا

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از این تحقیق مقایسه نیرو‌های عکس‌العمل زمین و زمان رسیدن به پایداری در مردان ورزشکار سالم و دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا طی تکلیف پرش- فرود تک پا بود.
روش ­بررسی: جامعه آماری این تحقیق نیمه تجربی، مردان ورزشکار با دامنه سنی 18تا 25 سال بودند، که تعداد 20 نفر به‌صورت هدفمند براساس معیارهای این پژوهش در دو گروه سالم (10 نفر) و دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا (10 نفر) تقسیم‌بندی شدند. نیروی عکس‌العمل زمین و زمان رسیدن به پایداری با استفاده از صفحه نیرو مدل  Bertecاندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌های خام به‌دست آمده پس از فلیتر کردن و نرمال‌کردن، توسط نرم‌افزارهای Matlab و spss نسخه 21 در سطح 05/0P≤ با آزمون‌های شاپیرو - ویلک و تی مستقل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ­ها: بین متغیر اوج نیروهای قدامی - خلفی و نیروی داخلی - خارجی عکس‌العمل زمین، مردان ورزشکار سالم و دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا طی تکلیف پرش - فرود تک پا، تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0P≤)، اما، بین متغیرهای نیروی عمودی عکس‌العمل زمین (014/0=P) و زمان رسیدن به ناپایداری (044/0=P) مردان ورزشکار سالم و دارای بی‌ثباتی عملکردی مچ پا طی تکلیف پرش- فرود تک پا، تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، ورزشکاران مبتلا به بی‌ثباتی مچ پا نیروی عمودی عکس‌العمل زمین بیشتری هنگام فرود متحمل می‌شوند که این نیروی بیش از حد موجب آسیب‌دیدگی خواهد شد بنابراین به مربیان توصیه می‌گردد که جهت کاهش این نیروها از ابزار مناسب استفاده نمایند.
