تاثیر برنامه تمرینی ثبات‌بخشی پویای عصبی عضلانی بر آزمون غربالگری حرکات عملکردی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: تمرینات ثبات­بخشی­ پویای عصبی­عضلانی (DNS) روشی جدید بر پایه حرکات بنیادی به­منظور اصلاح برنامه حرکتی در سیستم عصبی مرکزی می­باشد. بنابراین در تحقیق حاضر اثر تمرینات DNS بر آزمون غربالگری حرکات عملکردی (FMS) بررسی شد.
روش بررسی: نمونه تحقیق شامل 34 دانشجوی دختر بود که به­طور تصادفی در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. سن، قد و وزن گروه تجربی به­ترتیب 68/0±8/18 سال، 63/5±4/160 سانتی­متر و 41/14±4/61 کیلوگرم و در گروه شاهد 91/0±9/18 سال، 16/3±5/160 سانتی­متر و 10/12±2/61 کیلوگرم بود. گروه شاهد تمرینات معمول آمادگی جسمانی و گروه تجربی پروتکل تمرینی DNS را 3 جلسه 50 دقیقه­ای در هفته به مدت 6 هفته انجام دادند. FMS به‌عنوان پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون اندازه‌گیری شد. جهت تحلیل‌داده­ها از روش آماری ANOVA با اندازه­های تکراری در سطح معنی­داری 05/0 P≤ استفاده گردید.  
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر تعاملی به نفع گروه تجربی (0001/0 = P، 42/250=(1و32) F) معنادار بود. همچنین اثر اصلی نوبت آزمون (0001/0 = P، 50/347 = (1و32) F) و اثر اصلی گروه (0001/0 =P، 45/16 = (1و32) F) معنادار شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته­های ما مؤید آن است که احتمالاً می­توان از تمرین حرکات بنیادین برای بهبود حرکات عملکردی استفاده نمود. در حقیقت پیشرفت معنی­دار گروه تجربی در FMS به تقویت الگوی حرکتی در نتیجه تمرینات DNS مربوط می­شود.
