تأثیر شش هفته تمرین کششی مجموعه عضلانی سه سر ساقی بر دامنه حرکتی دورسی فلکشن، حس عمقی مچ پا، والگوس زانو و عملکرد در ورزشکاران دارای محدودیت حرکتی دورسی فلکشن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: محدودیت دامنه حرکتی دورسی فلکشن مچ پا باعث تغییر بیومکانیک اندام تحتانی، ثبات ناحیه مچ پا و ثبات پاسچرال می­شود. لذا هدف از این تحقیق بررسی شش هفته تمرین کششی مجموعه عضلانی سه سر ساقی بر دامنه حرکتی دورسی فلکشن، حس عمقی مچ پا، والگوس زانو و عملکرد در افراد دارای محدودیت حرکتی دورسی فلکشن بود.
روش بررسی: در تحقیق نیمه تجربی حاضر، 24 مرد ورزشکار مبتلا به محدودیت دورسی فلکشن
مچ پا شرکت داشتند که به دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تقسیم شدند؛ (12 نفر گروه کنترل (سن 14/2±50/23 سال، قد 17/7±50/172سانتی­متر و وزن 84/5±00/70کیلوگرم) و 12 نفر گروه تجربی (سن 72/1±00/23 سال، قد 25/5±80/178سانتی­متر و وزن16/9±75/67 کیلوگرم)). قبل و پس از شش هفته تمرین کششی عضلات سه‌سر ساقی، میزان دامنه دورسی فلکشن و حس عمقی به وسیله گونیامتر یونیورسال، میزان والگوس زانو به‌وسیله دوربین و عملکرد حرکتی به‌وسیله آزمون عملکردی لی سه‌گام تک‌پا، عملکردی پرش‌لی ضربدری تک‌پا هشت لاتین اندازه­گیری شد. از آزمون کوواریانس در SPSS نسخه 21 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها برای تحلیل داده­ها استفاده شد. سطح معناداری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته­ها: پس از اجرای تمرینات کششی تغییرات معناداری در دامنه حرکتی دورسی فلکشن مچ پا (001/0=P) و عملکرد حرکتی (001/0=P) مشاهده شد اما تفاوت در والگوس زانو (450/0=P) و حس عمقی مچ پا (470/0=P) معنادار نبود.
نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از برنامه تمرینات کششی مجموعه سه سر ساقی در برنامه­های توانبخشی ورزشکاران دارای محدودیت حرکتی مچ پا جهت کاهش محدودیت­های ناشی از این عارضه مانند دامنه حرکتی مچ پا و عملکرد حرکتی، توصیه می­شود.
