بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین تراباند بر تغییرات حس‌عمقی مفصل زانو در سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: استئوآرتریت در نتیجه تخریب غضروف مفصلی بروز و یکی از قدیمی­ ترین و شایع‌ترین بیماری­ ها در میان افراد سالمند است. این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین تراباند بر تغییرات حس­ عمقی مفصل زانو در سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو انجام شد.
روش بررسی: جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل مردان سالمند فعال مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو ساکن آذربایجان­ غربی بود که از بین آنها 20 نفر که حداقل 2 جلسه در هفته به فعالیت ورزشی می‌پرداختند، انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 10 نفری (تراباند و کنترل) تقسیم شدند. آزمودنی‌ها به مدت 8 هفته، 3 جلسه در هفته برنامه تمرین تراباند را اجرا نمودند. برای اندازه­ گیری حس عمقی زانو از الکتروگونیامتر استفاده گردید. از آزمون آماری t  مستقل برای بررسی نتایج بین گروهی و آزمون t زوجی برای بررسی نتایج درون ‌گروهی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد حس عمقی، در مقایسه درون‌گروهی (0001/0p=) در گروه تراباند و در مقایسه بین گروهی (013/0p=) دارای اختلاف معنی­ دار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بکارگیری تمرین تراباند می‌تواند عاملی اثرگذار بر بهبود حس عمقی زانوی مردان سالمند فعال مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو شود.
