بررسی اثربخشی 5 هفته تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی بر اختلالات حرکتی درشت کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی اسپاستیک

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان یکپارچگی حسی بر اختلالات حرکتی درشت کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی اسپاستیک بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی ، 18 کودک دختر و پسر فلج مغزی اسپاستیک از طریق روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه 9 نفره آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. ابتدا پیش آزمون براساس مقیاس GMFM-88 برای اندازه‌گیری عملکرد حرکتی درشت به عمل آمد. سپس گروه آزمایش تمرینات یکپارچگی حسی آیرز را در 15 جلسه به مدت 5 هفته و سه بار در هفته انجام دادند، در حالی‌که گروه کنترل تنها فعالیت‌های معمول روزانه خود را ادامه دادند. سپس، پس آزمون از هر دو گروه به عمل آمد. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش واریانس چند متغیری و تحلیل واریانس یکراهه صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مداخله درمانی یکپارچگی حسی تغییرات قابل توجهی در بهبود اختلالات حرکتی درشت کودکان فلج مغزی در گروه آزمایش داشته است (p<0/01). اما در گروه کنترل بهبود معناداری یافت نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده از این پژوهش می‌توان چنین استنباط نمود که برنامه تمرینی یکپارچگی حسی می‌تواند اختلالات حرکتی درشت کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی اسپاستیک را بهبود بخشد.
