اثر 8 هفته تمرینات منتخب یوگا بر درد و ناتوانی عملکردی زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیر اختصاصی

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: کمردرد مزمن یک مشکل رو به رشد در  بسیاری از جوامع است، اما در مورد مناسب­ ترین مداخله درمانی توافقی وجود ندارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرینات یوگا بر شدت درد و ناتوانی عملکردی زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی بود.
مواد و روش­ ها: 30 زن مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی ( با میانگین سنی 7/4±6/36) داوطلبانه و به‌طور هدفمند تصادفی انتخاب سپس در دو گروه تجربی (14نفر) و کنترل (16نفر) قرار گرفتند. از مقیاس VAS برای ارزیابی شدت درد و از پرسشنامه‌ی ناتوانی اسوستری، آزمون استقامت عضلات تنه و مقیاس اجرایی کمر جهت ارزیابی ناتوانی عملکردی استفاده شد. گروه تجربی حرکات یوگا را 3 روز در هفته برای یک دوره 8 هفته ­ای انجام دادند. گروه کنترل هیچ برنامه تمرینی انجام ندادند. داده ­ها با آزمون­ های تحلیل کوواریانس، t مستقل و t همبسته در سطح معناداری 05/0≥p بررسی شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج­ پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که یک دوره 8 هفته ­ای تمرینات یوگا منجر به کاهش معنادار درد، ناتوانی عملکردی و مقیاس اجرایی کمر و افزایش معنادار استقامت عضلات خم­ کننده و بازکننده تنه در گروه تجربی گردید (05/0P≤). همچنین این تغییرات بین دو گروه تفاوت معنادار داشت (05/0P≤).
نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات یوگا موجب کاهش درد و افزایش سطح عملکردی زنان مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن غیراختصاصی می‌گردد.
