مقایسه وضعیت سر، شانه و ستون فقرات در کوهنوردان و سنگنوردان ایرانی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ورزشکاران در رشته ­های ورزشی برای رسیدن به سطح عملکردی عالی نیازمند انجام تمرینات مستمر و تقویت عضلات ویژه­ ای از بدن می­ باشند و مجبورند زمان زیادی را در وضعیت بدنی غالب آن رشته ورزشی به تمرین بپردازند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه وضعیت سر، شانه و ستون فقرات در کوهنوردان و سنگنوردان ایرانی بود.
روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع علی مقایسه­ ای است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 123 کوهنورد با میانگین (سن 72/8±47/27 سال، قد 08/0±75/1 متر، وزن 74/7±16/68 کیلوگرم، شاخص توده بدن 15/2±24/22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) و 106 سنگنورد با میانگین (سن 81/9±24/28 سال، قد 07/0±75/1 متر، وزن 54/11±87/66 کیلوگرم، شاخص توده‌بدن 81/2±60/21 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع)  بود. ارزیابی ناهنجاری­ های سر به جلو از نمای جانبی و شانه­ ها از نمای قدامی، توسط دوربین دیجیتال انجام و زوایای مورد نظر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اتوکد 2015 بدست آمد. برای ارزیابی کایفوز و لوردوز ستون فقرات از دوربین کینکت مایکروسافت استفاده شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج آماری نشان داد که زاویه سر به جلو سنگنوردان بیشتر از کوهنوردان بود (039/0P=) کایفوز سینه با (034/0P=) و لوردوز کمری با (033/0P=) در کوهنوردان به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از سنگنوردان بود. همچنین در خصوص عارضه شانه نابرابر در هر دو گروه تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد.
نتیجه­ گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر وضعیت­ های سر و ستون فقرات در کوهنوردان و سنگنوردان می­تواند تحت تأثیر رشته ورزشی قرار گیرد. بنابراین توجه بیشتر به برنامه­ های تمرین درمانی برای اصلاح و بهبود وضعیت بدنی در ورزشکاران ضروری به نظر می­ رسد.
