تاثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بربهبود تعادل و افسردگی مبتلایان به آتاکسی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آتاکسی نادرترین نوع فلج مغزی (حدود 10درصد از مبتلایان) است. افراد مبتلا به این نوع فلج، دچار آشفتگی و نقص در حس تعادل و ادراک عمق و به تبع آن افسردگی می­ باشند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بر تعادل و افسردگی بیماران مبتلا به آتاکسی می­ باشد.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه­ تجربی، تعداد 30 نفر از بیماران مبتلا به آتاکسی به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تجربی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. به منظور بررسی آتاکسی از درجه‌بندی مقیاس آتاکسی (ISCARS) و به‌منظور ارزیابی سطح افسردگی  از پرسشنامه بِک و جهت ارزیابی تعادل از مقیاس برگ استفاده شد. سپس گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته تحت تمرینات ثبات مرکزی قرار گرفتند. گروه کنترل در این مدت تحت روش­ ها و قوانین سنتی موجود در سازمان معلولین بودند. از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به منظور بررسی و تبیین روابط بین متغیرها استفاده شد (05/0P≤).
یافته‌ها: نتایج مقایسه بین­ گروهی پس از 8 هفته انجام تمرینات تفاوت معنی­ داری را در بهبود تعادل (000/0=p) و افسردگی (001/0=p) در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده تمرینات ثبات مرکزی به‌کار رفته در تحقیق حاضر منجر به بهبود تعادل و افسردگی گردید، بنابراین می­توان در کنار برنامه‌های دیگر با هدف آماده‌ سازی، بازتوانی و بهبود عملکرد مبتلایان به آتاکسی از آن سود برد.
