مقایسه اثر آنی و بلندمدت تمرین دویدن رو به ‌جلو و رو به عقب بر حس وضعیت مفصل زانو

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: آگاهی از تأثیر تمرینات مختلف بر حس عمقی می‌تواند در طراحی برنامه تمرینی و پیشگیری از آسیب مفید باشد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، مقایسه اثر آنی و بلندمدت تمرین دویدن رو به عقب و رو به ‌جلو بر حس وضعیت مفصل زانو می‌‌باشد.
روش بررسی: این تحقیق به روش نیمه‌تجربی و نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انجام شد. 30 ورزشکار دانشگاهی مرد در این تحقیق شرکت کردند که به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه دویدن رو به ‌جلو (با میانگین سنی 80/1±60/22) و رو به عقب (با میانگین سنی 58/1±07/23) تقسیم شدند. حس وضعیت مفصل زانو به‌وسیله فتوگرافی و آنالیز زاویه با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آدوب آکروبات قبل، بعد از یک جلسه و پس از چهار هفته تمرین دویدن بر روی تردمیل در هر دو زنجیره حرکتی باز و بسته اندازه‌‌گیری شد.
یافته‌‌ها: بلافاصله پس از دویدن رو به ‌جلو میانگین خطای مطلق بازسازی در زنجیره حرکتی بسته کاهش معناداری (035/0=p، اندازه اثر: 24/1) یافت و بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری در زنجیره حرکتی بسته وجود داشت (047/0=p)؛ اما در زنجیره حرکتی باز بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری نبود (592/0=p). همچنین، پس از چهار هفته تمرین، کاهش میانگین خطای مطلق بازسازی تنها در آزمودنی‌های گروه دویدن رو به عقب و در زنجیره حرکتی بسته معنادار بود (025/0=p، اندازه اثر: 34/1)؛ اما تفاوت معناداری بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد (305/0=p).
نتیجه‌‌گیری: دویدن رو به ‌جلو، اثر آنی مثبتی نسبت به دویدن رو به عقب بر حس وضعیت مفصل زانو دارد؛ اما در بلندمدت تفاوت معناداری بین این دو تمرین وجود ندارد. اما اثر معنادار و اندازه اثر بسیار بزرگ دویدن رو به عقب نشان می‌‌دهد این تمرین از اثر بخشی مطلوبی برخوردار است.
