تأثیر یک دوره تمرین استقامتی و مقاومتی بر نشانگرهای جذب و بازجذب منتخب استخوان در دختران غیرفعال
زمینه و هدف: پوکی استخوان به عنوان یک بیماری خاموش چالش مهمی را در حوزه سلامت افراد جامعه خصوصا بانوان مطرح نموده است. بدون علامت بودن این بیماری و امکان پیشگیری از آن در سنین نوجوانی و جوانی اهمیت دارد. هدف تحقیق حاضر مقایسه تأثیر یک دوره تمرین استقامتی و مقاومتی بر نشانگرهای جذب و بازجذب منتخب استخوان در دختران غیرفعال بود. روش بررسی: طرح تحقیق از نوع پس آزمون بودو به همین منظور 30 نفر آزمودنی سالم و جوان داوطلب غیرفعال از دانشجویان تربیت بدنی با میانگین سن 27/2±474/23 سال، وزن 72/9±4/58 کیلوگرم و قد 68/0±62/1 متر، به صورت تصادفی در 3 گروه کنترل (10 نفر)، تمرین استقامتی (10 نفر)، تمرین مقاومتی (10 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروههای تجربی به مدت 4 هفته طی 12 جلسه در گروه استقامتی روی تریدمیل دویدند و گروه مقاومتی به کار با وزنه پرداختند، گروه کنترل در برنامه تمرینی شرکت نکرد. آنزیمهای آلکالین فسفاتاز و کراس لپس سرم، از گروهها بهدست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS و از تحلیل واریانس یک راهه و در سطح معناداری 05/0>P استفاده شد. یافتهها: در گروه های تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، پس ازتمرینات در میزان آلکاتین فسفاتاز تفاوت معناداری بهدست نیامد، اما آنزیم تحلیل استخوان به طور معناداری کاهش یافت (01/0>P). نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد عوامل دیگری بر شاخصهای جذبی اثر گذار باشد و فعالیت بدنی با جلوگیری از فرآیند تحلیل بر پیشگیری از پوکی استخوان تاثیر گذار است.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات پیلاتس بر تعادل ایستا و پویای افراد مبتلا به سکته مغزی
زمینه و هدف: اختلال حرکتی مهمترین پیامد بیماران سکته مغزی است که با کاهش تعادل جسمانی همراه میباشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرینات پیلاتس بر تعادل این افراد بود. روش بررسی: تعداد 30 نفر بیمار سکته مغزی (12 زن و 18 مرد) که شش ماه از زمان بروز سکته آنها گذشته بود. بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره کنترل و تجربی قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته تمرینات پیلاتس و گروه کنترل فعالیتهای عادی روزمره را انجام دادند. از آزمون ایستادن روی یک پا برای ارزیابی تعادل ایستا و نشستن و برخاستن برای تعادل پویا استفاده شد. ازآمارتوصیفی برای محاسبه میانگین و انحراف استاندارد دادهها و برای تعیین تغییرات درونگروهی و بینگروهی، از تی همبسته و مستقل در سطح معنیداری 05/0=p و از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج پیشآزمون و پسآزمون گروه کنترل تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند اما امتیازات میانگین پیشآزمون و پسآزمون گروه تجربی از تفاوت معنیداری برخوردار بودند. همچنین بین امتیازات پسآزمون گروه کنترل و تجربی اختلاف معنیداری در سطح (05/0<P) مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرینات پیلاتس باعث بهبود تعادل افراد مبتلا به سکته مغزی میشود. تمرینات پیلاتس با افزایش قدرت و استقامت ثبات مرکزی و بهبود کنترل عصبی- عضلانی باعث افزایش تعادل میشود. در نتیجه روش تمرینی سودمندی در بازتوانی تعادل افراد مبتلا به سکته مغزی میباشد و باعث تسریع روند بهبودی آنها میگردد.

تأثیر شش هفته تمرین با دستگاه آیروتریم بر تعادل و دقت اجرا در تیراندازان دختر مبتدی
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش تعادل در افزایش دقت اجرا در تیراندازی بهویژه در حالت ایستاده، انجام تمرینات تعادلی در این رشته ورزشی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. لذا هدف از این تحقیق، تأثیر یک برنامهی شش هفتهای تمرین با آیروتریم (تاب سه بعدی) بر میزان تعادل و دقت اجرا در تیراندازان دختر مبتدی بود. روش بررسی: تعداد 30 تیرانداز مبتدی با میانگین سنی 01/1±49/17 سال، وزن 01/8±60/56 کیلوگرم و قد 15/5±73/162 سانتیمتر از یکی از هنرستانهای ورزش شهر تهران انتخاب شده و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تجربی قرار گرفتند. از تست تعادلی بس (BESS) برای ارزیابی تعادل و از تست مخصوص تیراندازی برای سنجش دقت اجرای آزمودنی ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی و مقایسهای (آزمونهای آماری تی زوجی و مستقل) تجزیه و تحلیل شد و نتایج تحقیق حاکی از بهبود معنادار در تعادل و دقت اجرای تیراندازان گروه تجربی (001/0P=) و اندازه اثر مطلوب برنامه تمرینی با دستگاه آیروتریم بود. نتیجه گیری: بهنظر میرسد انجام تمرینات با دستگاه مذکور با تأثیر بر سیستمهای دهلیزی و پیکری میتواند بهعنوان یک شیوه مناسب تمرینی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تأثیر خستگی عملکردی بر حس وضعیت مفصل شانه شناگران فعال
زمینه و هدف: از جمله عواملی که میتواند مفصل را مستعد آسیب کند کاهش در حس عمقی است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر خستگی عملکردی بر روی حس وضعیت مفصل شانه شناگران فعال بود. مواد و روش ها: به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و در دسترس و مطابق معیارهای مورد نظر، 24 شناگر مرد با میانگین سنی 49/3±33/18سال و میانگین وزن 33/4±68 کیلوگرم و میانگین قد 09/0±73/1 متر از میان شناگران فعال استان کرمان انتخاب شدند و پس از اعمال پروتکل خستگی عملکردی، حس عمقی مفصل شانهی شناگران با استفاده از دوربین و نرمافزار اتوکد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. از آزمون آماری تی مستقل در سطح معنیداری 5 درصد برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده گردید. یافتهها: افزایش معناداری(Δ% 37/2) در میزان خطای بازسازی حس عمقی در زاویه 45 درجه در پسآزمون نسبت به پیش آزمون مشاهده شد(001/0=p).همچنین افزایش معناداری(Δ%80/2) در میزان خطای بازسازی حس عمقی در زاویه 80 درجه در پس آزمون نسبت به پیشآزمون مشاهده شد(001/0=p). نتیجهگیری: خستگی عملکردی موجب کاهش حس عمقی در زاویه های 45 و 80 درجه در مفصل شانه ی شناگران می شود و این امر می تواند شناگران را در معرض آسیب قرار دهد از این رو شناگران و مربیان شنا باید توجه ویژهای به این امر داشته باشند و از شدت تمرینات پس از خستگی بکاهند.

اثر توانبخشی تمرینات مقاومتی زیربیشینه بر پروفایل کنترل گلیسمیک بیماران دیابتی مزمن نوع ΙΙ
زمینه و هدف: شواهد علمی، تأثیر الگوهای فعالیتهای ورزشی بر بهبود عملکرد سلولهای بتای پانکراس در بیماران متابولیک را آشکار کرده است، اما مختصات انفرادی یا ترکیب برنامه تمرینات مقاومتی بر عوامل گلیسمیک بیماران میانسال دیابتی چاق پیکرناهمگون گزارش شده است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه تحلیلی مقایسهای، 32مرد 43 تا 64 سال با سابقه 6/1±8/7 سال بیماری دیابت نوع ΙΙ و میانگینهای شاخص جرم بدن 1/4±5/29 (کیلوگرم بر مترمربع)، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله 22/0±5/5 درصد و سطح گلوکز ناشتا پلاسمایی 4/1±5/7 (میلی مول در لیتر) داوطلبانه شرکت کردند. آزمون تی مستقل برای همسنجی عوامل متابولیک منتخب در 2 گروه تحت مطالعه در سطح آماری 5 درصد استفاده گردید. گروه آزمایش (16 نفر) بهطور تصادفی در برنامه ورزش مقاومتی کنترل شده با دامنه شدت بار 40 تا 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه به مدت 10 هفته (4 تا 8 تکرار در هر جلسه) به فعالیت وزنه تمرینی پرداختند. گروه شاهد (16نفر) از عامل مداخله بدور ماندند. یافتهها: گروه آزمایش در نسبتهای هماتوکریت (67/2±89/44)، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله (62/1± 41/5)، نسبت گلوکز به انسولین (36/3± 95/30) و هموگلوبین (58/1± 65/14)، تفاوت معناداری با گروه کنترل نداشتند. اما در سطوح گلوکز پایه (22± 27/118)، انسولین پلاسمایی ناشتا (65/3± 94/7) و شاخص مقاومت انسولین (91/1±49/2) آنان، کاهش معناداری در برابر گروه شاهد بهدست آمد. نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد مداخله پروتکل تمرین مقاومتی زیربیشینه به منزله عامل حرکت درمانی میتواند به بروز سازگاری متابولیک در عضلات اسکلتی این بیماران دیابتی میانسال بیانجامد و احتمالاً برای پزشکان معالج در تجویز توانبخشی غیرفارماکولوژیکی این بیماران قابل توجه باشد.

تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین عصبی عضلانی بر حس عمقی مفصل مچ پای بازیکنان مرد فوتبال
زمینه و هدف: تقویت عوامل مؤثر درحفظ تعادل و از جمله حس عمقی میتواند بهعنوان یک راهبرد اساسی در درمان مشکلات تعادلی و آسیبهای ورزشکاران باشد. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین عصبی عضلانی بر حس عمقی مفصل مچ پای بازیکنان مرد فوتبال بود. روش بررسی: تعداد 30 نفر از فوتبالیستهای حرفهای مرد از لیگهای مختلف کشوری که بهطور داوطلبانه در این تحقیق شرکت نمودند بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه 15 نفره تجربی (سن 64/4±47/26 سال، قد 98/3±81/178 سانتیمتر، وزن 28/9±45/72 کیلوگرم) و کنترل (سن 52/3±00/25 سال، قد 48/4±13/175 سانتیمتر، وزن 40/5±70/69 کیلوگرم) تقسیم شدند. میزان خطا در بازسازی زوایای مفصلی مچ پا در حرکتهای اینورشن و اورشن 15 درجه آزمودنیهای هر دو گروه در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با استفاده از دستگاه گونیامتر حس عمقی مفصل مچ پا توسط محقق اندازهگیری شد. گروه تجربی، تمرینات عصبی عضلانی (تمرینات چند مرحلهای حس عمقی در شش ایستگاه) را در مدت 45 دقیقه و طی هشت هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه انجام دادند و گروه کنترل فعالیتهای روزانه را انجام دادند. یافتهها: جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری تی وابسته و تی مستقل در سطح معناداری 05/0 p≤استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق تفاوت معنیداری را در حس عمقی در حرکتهای اینورژن و اورژن (15درجه) مردان فوتبالیست نشان داد (05/0p≤). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای این تحقیق میتوان چنین جمعبندی نمود که بهطورکلی تمرینات عصبی عضلانی میتواند حس عمقی، را در مردان فوتبالیست بهبود بخشد و میتوان در کنار برنامههای تمرینی دیگر از آن استفاده کرد.
