Research Methodology: The research samples included 30 female mentally retarded female students of the exceptional school of the mafia system who were randomly divided into two experimental groups (20 people) and control (10 people). Then, the experimental group performed their exercises in the pool environment for 8 weeks (3 sessions per week) and the control group avoided any activity during the study. Results: Statistical findings showed that in measuring static and dynamic balance, the effect of central stability exercises was more than water exercises (P <0.05). Also, in flexibility, the effect of exercises in water was more than central stability exercises (P <0.05) and in lower limb function, the effect of central stability exercises was more than in water exercises (P <0.05). Conclusion: It was observed that exercises for central stability as well as exercises in the aquatic environment increase static and dynamic balance in mentally retarded children. Central stability training can be effective for mentally retarded children by strengthening the deep muscles of the body in the abdomen, pelvis and thighs, as well as the stability and strength of these areas. Since central stability training does not require a lot of equipment and a large space, it can be done with the least facilities.}, keywords = {Mentally retarded girls,central stability exercises,Water exercises,static and dynamic balance}, title_fa = {مقایسه تأثیر یک دوره تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تمرین در آب بر تعادل ایستا و پویا دختران کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و تمرین در آب بر تعادل، انعطاف ناحیه تنه و عملکرد اندام تحتانی دختران کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر  است. روش بررسی: نمونه‌های تحقیق شامل 30 دانش‌آموز دختر کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر مدرسه استثنایی نظام مافی بودند که به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (20 نفر) و کنترل (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. جهت اندازهگیری تعادل ایستا از آزمون اصلاح شده لک لک و تعادل پویا تست راه رفتن پاشنه به پنجه، استفاده گردید. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته (3 جلسه در هفته) تمرینات خود را در محیط استخر انجام دادند و گروه کنترل در طول مطالعه از انجام هرگونه فعالیت اجتناب نمودند. یافته ها: یافته های آماری نشان داد که در اندازه گیری تعادل ایستا و پویا تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بیشتر از تمرینات در آب بود (05/0p <). در انعطاف‌پذیری تأثیر تمرینات در آب بیشتر از تمرینات ثبات مرکزی (05/0p <) و در عملکرد اندام تحتانی تأثیر تمرینات ثبات مرکزی بیشتر از تمرینات در آب بود (05/0p <). نتیجه گیری: در پژوهش حاضر مشاهده شد که تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و همچنین تمرینات در محیط آب باعث افزایش تعادل ایستا و پویا در کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی میگردد. تمرینات ثبات مرکزی از طریق تقویت عضلات عمقی بدن در ناحیه شکم، لگن و ران‌ها و همچنین ثبات و استحکام نواحی نام برده می‌تواند برای کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی مؤثر باشد.}, keywords_fa = {دختران کم‌توان ذهنی,تمرینات ثبات مرکزی,تمرین در آب,تعادل ایستا و پویا}, url = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_3842.html}, eprint = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_3842_3dcf9337d6aafe414590bb9e21526bf5.pdf} }
