The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of three prophylactic knee braces on the knee flexion angle and external adduction moment under three types of single-leg landing conditions. Materials and Methods: Fifteen men performed single-leg landing under three different landing foot orientation tasks (30° toe-out, 30° toe-in and neutral conditions) for three different types of brace stiffness (rigid, semi rigid and simple one). A non- braced condition was included as a baseline measure. kinematic data were captured using a six video-camera motion capture system synchronized with a force platform. Results: No significant interaction effects of brace stiffness and the landing tasks on flexion angle (P = 0.059) and external knee adduction moment (P = 0.103) were observed. Stiffer braces (rigid and simi rigid) could increase knee flexion angle by 20% as compared to non-braced condition. Furthermore, external knee moment was significantly increased during landing with foot 30° toe-out orientation as compared to the neutral condition (P <0.001). Conclusion: finding showed that effect of the braces on the variables is independent of landing foot orientations. Stiffer braces could increase knee flexion during landing while toe-out landing may increase external knee moment leading to higher risk of ACL injury.}, keywords = {knee brace,Landing,knee flexion angle,external knee adduction}, title_fa = {تاثیر سه نوع زانوبند پیشگیری کننده بر زاویه فلکشن و گشتاور آداکشن خارجی مفصل زانو در سه نوع فرود تک پا}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: سفتی زانوبندهای رایج با اثر بر مکانیک اندام تحتانی ممکن است لیگامنت متقاطع قدامی زانو (ACL) را محافظت نماید. با وجود این، اثر میزان سفتی زانوبند تحت تکالیف فرودهایی که پا چرخش دارد در کنترل متغیرهای وابسته به آسیب ACL هنوز شناخته نشده است. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثرات سه نوع زانوبند پیشگیری کننده با سفتی‌های متفاوت بر زاویه فلکشن و گشتاور آداکشن خارجی زانو تحت سه نوع فرود تک پا بود. روش بررسی: 15 مرد تحت سه نوع زانوبند با سفتی مختلف (سخت، نیمه سخت و ساده) با سه نوع چرخش پا (30 درجه داخل، 30 درجه خارج و شرایط طبیعی یا جلو) از یک ارتفاع 30 سانتی‌متری تک پا فرود آمدند. یک شرایط بدون زانوبند به‌عنوان کنترل هم اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌های سینماتیک و نیروها با استفاده از 6 دوربین ویدئو همگام با یک دستگاه صفحه نیروسنج  به‌دست آمد. یافته‌ها: اثر تعاملی معنی‌دار بین نوع سفتی زانوبندها و جهت چرخش پا در تکلیف فرود در زاویه فلکشن زانو (059/0p=) و گشتاور آداکشن خارجی زانو (103/0p=) مشاهده نشد. افزایش سفتی زانوبندها (سخت و نیمه سخت) زاویه فلکشن زانو را در مقایسه با بدون زانوبند 20 درصد افزایش داد. به‌علاوه گشتاور آداکشن خارجی طی فرود با ۳۰ درجه چرخش به خارج پا در مقایسه با شرایط جلو افزایش معنی‌دار نشان داد (001/0>p). نتیجه گیری: افزایش سفتی زانو بندها ممکن است فلکشن زانو را هنگام فرود افزایش دهد اما بر گشتاور آداکشن خارجی زانو تأثیری نداشت. جهت چرخش پا به خارج هنگام فرود ممکن است گشتاور اداکتوری خارجی را تا حدود 50 درصد افزایش دهد. در واقع، جهت چرخش پا به بیرون هنگام فرود ممکن است با کاهش زاویه فلکشن زانو و افزایش نیروی گشتاوری خارجی خطر بروز آسیب ACL را افزایش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {زانوبند,فرود,زاویه فلکشن زانو,گشتاور آداکشن خارجی زانو}, url = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_3466.html}, eprint = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_3466_1dff3c743e0076ab9a71338a5238d461.pdf} }
