Materials and methods: In this semi-experimental and practical study, two groups of middle-aged female ranging from 45 to 60 years old were selected among whom treating in health centers and hospitals. Each group of 10 patients randomly divided into two experimental groups: In group I, patients were treated in the pool full of Spa water, in group II, the same protocol was used in pool water. Data was gathered using the Tampa scale for kinesophobia, Stanford Depression Scale, and Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire. Results: The independent t-test results showed no differences between two groups of hot mineral water and pool water in three variables of kinesophobia, depression and the disability (P≥0.05). But, paired t-test results showed significant differences between pre-test and post-test in two groups (P≤0.05). Conclusion: Overall, the both types of water training have the effect on the variables but, no preference was observed in the type of intervention.}, keywords = {Hydrotherapy,mineral hot water,fear of movement,depression,chronic low Back pain}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی تمرین در آب گرم معدنی و آب معمولی بر برخی از عوامل روانشناختی زنان مبتلا به کمردردمزمن}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: کمردرد بالاترین درصد شیوع را در دردهای مزمن دارد. در این میان عوامل روان‌شناختی در ایجاد و تداوم ناتوانی جسمی و محدودیت عملکردی بیماران مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن دارای اهمیت میباشد. هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسه اثرات آب گرم معدنی و آب معمولی بر ترس از حرکت، افسردگی و ناتوانی در بین زنان میانسال مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن بود. روش بررسی: در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی، تعداد 20 زن میانسال مبتلا به کمردرد مزمن مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمانی و بیمارستان با دامنه سنی (60- 45 سال) به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آنها به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی 10 نفره یعنی گروه آب گرم معدنی و گروه آب معمولی استخر جای گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس ترس از حرکت تامپا، مقیاس افسردگی استنفورد، پرسشنامه ناتوانی ناشی از کمردرد اوسوستری جمعآوری شد. یافته‌ها: آزمون تی مستقل برای بررسی معناداری تفاوت گروهها در سه متغیر ترس از حرکت، افسردگی و ناتوانی در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون معنادار نبود (05/0≤P). اما، آزمون تی وابسته برای بررسی معناداری تفاوت بین پیشآزمون و پسآزمون درون هر گروه معنادار بود (05/0≥P). نتیجه‌گیری: به‌طور کلی هر دو نوع تمرین در آب بر متغیرهای مورد نظر تأثیر داشت و هیچ یک از این دو مداخله بر دیگری مزیت نداشت.}, keywords_fa = {آب درمانی,افسردگی,ترس از حرکت,کمردرد مزمن,ناتوانی}, url = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_2000.html}, eprint = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_2000_d94567e870aff699201f165264f31f92.pdf} }
