The purpose of this study was to the comparison of strength ratio between agonist and antagonist muscles of the shoulder in badminton players and non-athletes.Method: The statistical population in the athletes included badminton female players and in the non-athletes included Inactive female students in Guilan State, The statistical sample consisted of 20 badminton players with an average age of 22.30 ± 1.89, and 20 non-athletes women with an average age of 21.90 ± 2.61 years, that were selected purposefully and availability. Isometric strength was measured by Manual Muscle Test (MMT). Demographic information was collected through questionnaires. After the normal data distribution was determinded, independent and paired t-test was used for analysis data.Results: comparison of the agonist to antagonist muscles strength in the shoulder joint showed that there was a significant difference in the ratio of internal to external rotation and flexion-extension muscles strength between dominant and non-dominant limb of badminton players (p=0/001; p=0/008), and also dominant limb of both groups (badminton players and non-athletes) (p<0/001; p=0/004).Conclusion: Repeating pattern of movements in the badminton to in a long time may cause imbalance in shoulder joint muscle strength and in case of inadequate attention and lack of using proper stretching and strengthening exercises, this asymmetry can make athletes prone to injury and may reduce their performance.}, keywords = {strength,agonists,antagonists,shoulder joint,badminton}, title_fa = {مقایسه نسبت قدرت عضلات آگونیست به آنتاگونیست شانه در بازیکنان بدمینتون و افراد غیرورزشکار}, abstract_fa = {زمینه و هدف: تکرار زیاد حرکات پرتابی می تواند باعث تغییر تعادل قدرت عضلات شانه ی بازیکنان بدمینتون در مقایسه با افراد غیرورزشکار شود. بنابراین هدف از مطالعه ی حاضر مقایسه نسبت قدرت عضلات آگونیست به آنتاگونیست شانه در بازیکنان بدمینتون و افراد غیرورزشکار بود. روش تحقیق: جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش ورزشکاران شامل؛ بازیکنان زن بدمینتون و در بخش غیرورزشکار شامل، دانشجویان زن غیرفعال استان گیلان بودند، نمونه آماری شامل 20 بازیکن بدمینتون با میانگین سنی 89/1±30/22 سال و 20 زن غیرورزشکار با میانگین سنی 61/2±90/21 سال بودند. که به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. قدرت ایزومتریک توسط دستگاه قدرت سنج دستی اندازه گیری شد. جمع آوری اطلاعات دموگرافیک از طریق پرسشنامه صورت گرفت و پس از  تعیین طبیعی بودن توزیع داده ها از آزمون تی مستقل و زوجی برای تجزیه و تحلیل آنها استفاده شد. یافته ها: در مقایسه ی نسبت قدرت عضلات آگونیست به آنتاگونیست مفصل شانه، در نسبت قدرت عضلات چرخش دهنده ی خارجی به داخلی و فلکشن به اکستنشن تفاوت معنی داری بین اندام برتر و غیربرتر گروه بازیکنان بدمینتون (008/0=P؛ 001/0=P) و نیز اندام برتر بین دو گروه (بازیکنان بدمینتون و غیرورزشکار) وجود داشت (004/0P=؛ 001/0>(P. نتیجه گیری: انجام الگوهای حرکتی تکراری در ورزش بدمینتون، ممکن است در طولانی مدت باعث به هم خوردن تعادل نسبت طبیعی قدرت در مفصل شانه شود. که در صورت توجه ناکافی و عدم بکارگیری تمرین های قدرتی و کششی مناسب، این بی تقارنی می تواند ورزشکار را مستعد آسیب‌ ساخته و کارایی وی را کاهش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {قدرت,آگونیست,آنتاگونیست,مفصل شانه,بدمینتون}, url = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_1588.html}, eprint = {https://rsr.basu.ac.ir/article_1588_0c54f178a6d691af6737a1e5b2e2894a.pdf} }
