تأثیرکرونوتایپ در زمان ارجح و غیرارجح بر برخی فاکتورهای زیست حرکتی در پسران جوان 18 تا 25 سال

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه برخی فاکتورهای زیست حرکتی در زمان ارحج و غیر ارجح بر اساس کرونوتایپ در پسران جوان 18 تا 25 سال می‌باشد.
روش بررسی: جامعه آماری شامل پسران ورزشکار 18 تا 25 سال شهرستان تهران بود. با استفاده از نرم‌افزار جی پاور تعداد نمونه 40 نفر محاسبه گردید. برای تشخیص صبح دوست یا عصر دوست بودن آزمودنی‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ی صبحگاهی- شامگاهی استفاده شد. از آزمون آنوای ترکیبی برای بررسی اثر کرونوتایپ بر تعادل، انعطاف‌پذیری و دامنه‌ی حرکتی در دو زمان ارجح و غیرارجح استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج سنجش مکرر ترکیبی نشان داد که اثر اصلی آزمون و اثر تعامل گروه با آزمون در هیچ‌کدام از متغییرها معنادار نشد اما اثر اصلی گروه در متغییر چرخشی خارجی تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت. در پیش‌آزمون بین گروه‌ها اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود نداشته اما در پس آزمون عصردوست به شکل معنی‌داری نمرات بالاتری در متغیر عملکرد نسبت به صبح دوست داشته است و دامنه حرکتی چرخش خارجی در گروه عصر دوست در صبح و عصر تفاوت معنی‌داری داشته است. ممکن است کرونوتایپ بر عملکرد آزمودنی‌ها در مؤلفه‌های مورد نظر اثرگذار باشد اما نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین عملکرد آزمودنی‌ها در زمان ارجح و غیرارجح مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: هر چند که ممکن است کرونوتایپ بر عملکرد آزمودنی‌ها در مؤلفه‌های اندازه‌گیری شده در این پژوهش اثرگذار باشد اما نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین عملکرد آزمودنی‌ها در زمان ارجح و غیرارجح وجود ندارد.
