تأثیر 8 هفته تمرینات اسکات تک‌پا بر تعادل، قدرت اندام تحتانی و کیفیت زندگی دانش آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: افراد کم‌توان ذهنی به دلیل مشکلات خاص ذهنی و جسمی کم تحرک هستند و دچار اختلالات عملکردی حرکتی می‌باشند. بنابراین هدف این تحقیق مطالعه تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات اسکات تک‌پا بر تعادل، قدرت اندام تحتانی و کیفیت زندگی دانش‌آموزان کم‌توان ذهنی بود.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی 30 نفر از دانش‌آموزان 7 تا 11 ساله پسر با بهره هوشی 50 تا 70، به‌صورت هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه (15 نفره) تجربی و کنترل همتاسازی شدند. جهت ارزیابی تعادل و قدرت اندام تحتانی آزمودنی‌ها از آزمون قابلیت حرکتی بروئینینکس- اوزرتسکی و جهت ارزیابی کیفیت زندگی از پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کامینز استفاده شد. گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته (سه جلسه 60 دقیقه‌ای) تمرینات اسکات تک‌پا را انجام دادند. در این مدت گروه کنترل بدون برنامه تمرینی خاصی بودند. در پایان از هر دو گروه پس‌آزمون به‌عمل آمد. بـرای تعیین اثـربخشـی تمرینات آزمـون آمـاری تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری‌های تکراری به کمک نـرم‌افزار 19SPSS به‌کار رفت. سـطح معنـی‌داری در کلیه تحلیل‌ها 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات اسکات تک‌پا تأثیر معنی‌داری بر تعادل ایستا و پویا، قدرت اندام تحتانی و کیفیت زندگی کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی داشته است (05/0p≤).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاضر می‌توان از تمرینات اسکات تک‌پا به‌منظور بهبود تعادل ایستا، پویا، قدرت اندام تحتانی و کیفیت زندگی کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی می‌توان استفاده کرد.
